Vegan Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce Recipe
A creamy and delicious vegan Alfredo sauce made with cauliflower.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Vegetable Broth
- ½ cup Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. Steam the cauliflower until tender, about 10 minutes.
2. In a blender, combine the steamed cauliflower, garlic, vegetable broth, nutritional yeast, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the sauce into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until warmed through, about 5-10 minutes.
4. Serve over pasta or your favorite dish.
