Vegan Cauliflower Mash Recipe

- 1 large Cauliflower head cut into florets
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Nutritional yeast
- ¼ cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add cauliflower florets and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
2. Drain the cauliflower and transfer to a blender or food processor.
3. Add minced garlic, nutritional yeast, almond milk, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve warm.
