  • 1 large Cauliflower head cut into florets
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Nutritional yeast
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add cauliflower florets and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Drain the cauliflower and transfer to a blender or food processor.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic, nutritional yeast, almond milk, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. 4. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve warm.
