Vegan Cherry Clafoutis Recipe

- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Almond milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Fresh cherries, pitted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a blender, combine the flour, almond milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cornstarch, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Grease a baking dish and spread the pitted cherries evenly on the bottom.
Pour the batter over the cherries.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the clafoutis is set and golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
