Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block extra firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water.
  2. Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Toss tofu pieces in the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Place tofu pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
