Broth Ingredients
- 1 cup Carrots, chopped
- 1 cup Celery, chopped
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 8 cups Water
- 2 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add carrots, celery, onion, and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add water, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for 45-60 minutes.
5. Strain the broth through a strainer to remove the vegetables.
6. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
