Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add vegan chicken strips and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well mixed and heated through.
6. Serve the mixture in tortillas and enjoy!
