Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Vegan chicken strips
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 Tortillas

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Add vegan chicken strips and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  5. 5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well mixed and heated through.
  6. 6. Serve the mixture in tortillas and enjoy!
