Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chickpeas cooked and mashed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed chickpeas, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
