Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Chickpeas cooked and mashed
- 1 cup Celery diced
- 1 cup Red Grapes halved
- ½ cup Vegan Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed chickpeas, diced celery, and halved red grapes.
Add the vegan mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use. Enjoy!
