Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 vegan chicken cutlets
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with almond milk, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dredge each vegan chicken cutlet in flour, then dip in almond milk, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry each cutlet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
