Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal for flax egg
  • 3 tablespoon water for flax egg

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flaxseed meal and water, set aside for 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine almond butter, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Add the flax egg to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto a baking sheet.
  6. Flatten each ball slightly with a fork.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
