Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions 

  1. Melt the chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix almond butter, remaining coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt until well combined.
  3. Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Pour a spoonful of melted chocolate into each liner, spreading it to cover the bottom.
  4. Add a spoonful of the almond butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
  5. Cover the almond butter layer with another spoonful of melted chocolate.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set.
