Main Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Cocoa powder
- ½ cup Coconut oil, melted
- ½ cup Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ cup Shredded coconut
- ½ teaspoon Baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the shredded coconut.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool on a wire rack.
