  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (vegan)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it just begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add the dark chocolate chips.
  3. Let it sit for a minute, then stir until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and stir again.
  5. Let it cool slightly before using.
