Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Silken Tofu
- ½ cup Dark Chocolate Chips Vegan
- 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
In a blender, combine the silken tofu, melted chocolate, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
