- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix oats, flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool before serving.
