  1. Blend oats into a fine flour.
  2. Mix oat flour, almond milk, banana, cocoa powder, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender until smooth.
  3. Preheat waffle iron and lightly grease.
  4. Pour batter into waffle iron and cook until crispy.
