- ½ cup Cocoa powder
- ¼ cup Cornstarch
- ½ cup Sugar
- 2 cups Almond milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
In a saucepan, whisk together cocoa powder, cornstarch, and sugar.
Gradually whisk in almond milk until smooth.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Pour into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface to prevent a skin from forming.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
