Ingredients

  • ½ cup Cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup Cornstarch
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together cocoa powder, cornstarch, and sugar.
  2. Gradually whisk in almond milk until smooth.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface to prevent a skin from forming.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
