  • 1 cup Coconut Milk full-fat
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk and brown sugar.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  5. Let cool before serving or storing.
