  • 1 ½ cups plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Gradually add the plant-based milk, whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
  3. Stir in the vegetable oil and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease if necessary.
  5. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan, swirling to spread evenly.
  6. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is golden. Flip and cook for another minute.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
