Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
Gradually add the plant-based milk, whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
Stir in the vegetable oil and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease if necessary.
Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan, swirling to spread evenly.
Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is golden. Flip and cook for another minute.
Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
