  • ¼ cup Cornstarch
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • teaspoon Turmeric for color

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together almond milk, cornstarch, and sugar.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and turmeric.
  4. Pour into a bowl and let cool. Chill in the fridge before serving.
