Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup
  • 0.5 cup almond butter
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil
  • 0.5 cup chopped nuts your choice
  • 0.5 cup dried fruit your choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix oats and almond flour in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, combine maple syrup, almond butter, and coconut oil. Microwave until melted and smooth.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix well.
  5. Stir in chopped nuts, dried fruit, vanilla extract, and salt.
  6. Press mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before cutting into bars.
