Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cashews soaked overnight
  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon Black Salt (Kala Namak)
  • 1 pinch Paprika for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak cashews overnight in water.
  2. 2. Drain and rinse the cashews.
  3. 3. In a blender, combine soaked cashews, water, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, mustard, turmeric, and black salt. Blend until smooth.
  4. 4. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  5. 5. Let the mixture cool, then pipe or spoon it into egg-shaped molds. Chill until set.
  6. 6. Garnish with a pinch of paprika before serving.
