- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix melted coconut oil, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, then add almond milk.
Fold in vegan chocolate chips.
Scoop dough onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
