  2. Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a bowl, mix potatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
