Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fruit Juice Any flavor you like
  • 2 tablespoon Agar-Agar Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar Optional, adjust to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine the fruit juice and agar-agar powder.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking constantly.
  3. Add sugar if using, and continue to whisk until completely dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and pour into molds.
  5. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until set.
