Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Mixed Nuts chopped
  • ½ cup Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Dried Cranberries

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and chopped nuts.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the maple syrup and coconut oil until melted. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in the dried cranberries.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking tray. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
