Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • ½ cup Maple syrup
  • ¼ cup Coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Nuts and seeds mixed
  • ½ cup Dried fruit chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, nuts, and seeds.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat. Stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix well to coat.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Stir in the dried fruit.
