Instructions
In a saucepan, melt the vegan butter over medium heat.
Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until it forms a paste.
Slowly add the vegetable broth, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
Add soy sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well.
Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
