- 1 lb green beans trimmed
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup fresh basil chopped
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Spread green beans and cherry tomatoes on a sheet pan.
Drizzle with olive oil, add minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Roast for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh basil before serving.
