Instructions
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Slowly whisk in vegetable broth until smooth.
Add thyme and rosemary, and bring to a simmer.
Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
