Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add shredded jackfruit, chili powder, cumin, and paprika. Stir well.
Pour in tomato sauce and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly.
Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until jackfruit is tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
