Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Jackfruit drained and shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add shredded jackfruit, chili powder, cumin, and paprika. Stir well.
  4. Pour in tomato sauce and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until jackfruit is tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
