- 12 Jalapenos halved and seeded
- 1 cup Vegan cream cheese
- ½ cup Nutritional yeast
- ½ cup Bread crumbs use gluten-free if needed
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan cream cheese, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Fill each halved jalapeno with the cream cheese mixture.
Dip the filled jalapenos into the bread crumbs, pressing lightly to adhere.
Place the jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and crispy.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
