Ingredients

  • 200 g Spinach fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted.
  3. 3. Drain and rinse with cold water. Squeeze out excess water.
  4. 4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and sugar.
  5. 5. Add spinach to the bowl and toss to coat.
  6. 6. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge before serving.
