Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups seitan cut into chop shapes
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the seitan chops with the mixture.
  4. Place the coated seitan chops on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
