Main Ingredients
- 200 g pasta
- 1 cup lentils, cooked
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red onion, sauté until soft.
Add kale and cook until wilted.
Stir in cooked lentils and pasta. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Serve warm.
