  • 1 cup Cooked Quinoa
  • 1 cup Chopped Vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers)
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 8 leaves Lettuce large leaves

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Stir in cooked quinoa and chopped vegetables. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add soy sauce and mix well.
  5. 5. Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves and serve.
