Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups hearts of palm, chopped
  • ¼ cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 1 tablespoon vegan butter, melted
  • to line Lettuce leaves

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix hearts of palm, vegan mayo, lemon juice, dill, chives, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
  2. Brush buns with melted vegan butter and toast them.
  3. Line buns with lettuce, fill with hearts of palm mixture.
