Instructions
Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a blender, combine soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, almond milk, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, turmeric, and paprika. Blend until smooth.
Transfer the sauce to a saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
Mix the cooked macaroni with the sauce. Serve warm.
