Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lentils cooked and mashed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and press it down firmly.
  4. Bake for 60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and firm to the touch.
  5. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
