Ingredients 

Doughnut Batter

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg.
  3. Add almond milk, applesauce, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into a mini doughnut pan.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
