  • 1 cup diced tofu
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips

  2. Add miso paste and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add tofu, mushrooms, and nori. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Garnish with green onions before serving.
