- 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- ¼ teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 tablespoon Water
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- ¼ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 pinch Salt
1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix together the cocoa powder, flour, sugar, and baking powder.
2. Add the water, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth.
3. Microwave on high for 1 minute. If the brownie is not cooked through, microwave in 15-second intervals until done.
4. Let it cool for a minute before enjoying.
