- 2 cups mushrooms, diced
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- ¼ cup lime juice

In a bowl, combine mushrooms, red onion, tomato, jalapeño, and cilantro.
