Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
  5. Stir in tomato puree, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, and coriander powder. Cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour in coconut milk, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with rice or naan.
