Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and lemon juice.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Remove from heat and toss with parsley.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature.
