Main Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 250 g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon thyme
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
Add mushrooms, cook until soft.
Stir in flour, cook for 1 minute.
Gradually add vegetable broth and coconut milk, stirring constantly.
Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, and thyme.
Simmer until thickened.
