Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 250 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms, cook until soft.
  4. Stir in flour, cook for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually add vegetable broth and coconut milk, stirring constantly.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, and thyme.
  7. Simmer until thickened.
