Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Bread Cubes stale
  • 2 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
  • 1 teaspoon Sage dried
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
  4. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes and mushroom mixture. Pour vegetable broth over and mix well.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, until top is golden brown.
