Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ cup Warm water
- 3 tablespoon Olive oil
- ¼ cup Non-dairy yogurt
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
Add the warm water, olive oil, and non-dairy yogurt. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll each into a ball.
Roll out each ball into a flat oval shape using a rolling pin.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each naan for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
