Main Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup vegan chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix oats, almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Fold in vegan chocolate chips.
Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before cutting into bars.
