Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Fold in vegan chocolate chips.
  5. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before cutting into bars.
