Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup flour
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 0.25 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted coconut oil, sugars, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients together until well combined.
  5. Fold in raisins if using.
  6. Scoop dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
